The Support Services I role is responsible for donation pickups, meeting and event setups, donation distributions. Additionally, this position supports building and warehouse maintenance to maintain a clean and organized environment and aids with security services as needed.
What you Deliver
Responsible for the operation of warehouse and storage facilities. Sorting, valuing and packaging donations for distribution according to target goals. Responsible for the cleanliness, organization and storage planning of donations and furniture storage areas. Supervise volunteer groups and assist program staff in the selection of product as needed. Maintain file room and pull requests for archived documents. Pick up donations, deliveries to other agency locations and clients, maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of agency facilities. Conduct security duty as needed and perform bi-weekly inventories. Assist with meeting/event setups. Receive donations coming into the building per agency guidelines. Monitor and upkeep agency owned AV equipment. Assist Office Services Clerk with mail room operations as assigned. Overseeing warehouse equipment operation and basic maintenance: such as cleaning, battery charging of the forklift, pallet jacks, and box truck. Operate agency vehicle (box truck) as needed. Works with Maintenance and performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor, team supervisor or by Purchasing and Support Services Director.
