EDI Compliance Specialist

We are currently seeking a EDI Compliance Specialist. This position requires a deep understanding of he companies' logistics and supply chain requirements for suppliers. The Specialist will lead communication between logistics, global supply management, finance, and suppliers to detail compliance challenges, propose corrective action, and enforce compliance to companies' standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•\tWork closely with procurement, IT, logistics, and operations teams to onboard suppliers to exchange EDI information, manage data interchange agreements, and resolve EDI related issues.

•\tAct as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to facilitate communication and resolution of EDI-related issues.

•\tIdentify areas of opportunity within the compliance process and collaboratively design and implement solutions to correct supplier compliance issues related to EDI.

•\tLead and document the process of activating/deactivating supplier site locations

•\tMonitor and analyze errors across EDI process (e.g., SAP and APERAK errors).

•\tConduct compliance review session with suppliers to introduce and implement resolutions to errors.

•\tWork closely with Logistics, IT, Operations, and Finance teams to forecast compliance financial impacts.

•\tServe as an internal resource and subject matter expert for questions and issues regarding EDI compliance.

•\tManage the relationship with EDI value added network provider (TrueCommerce) and oversee the onboarding of new customers.

•\tDevelop, document and maintain business system support processes and workflows.

•\tAbility to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovation.

•\tFamiliarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint.

•\tExperience with TrueCommerce or similar EDI providers is a plus.

•\tBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, finance, business administration, or related field.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr.
