As a member of the Purchasing Systems, Data and Analysis Team, the Purchasing Business System Analyst II will be responsible for designing and developing small scale tools and applications for the Purchasing department in SQL Server, SAP Business Objects, Microsoft Access and other available platforms.

ResponsibilitiesMain Ingredients:
Work with the Purchasing Project Manager and department managers to identify, design and develop potential solutions including database design in SQL Server, reporting and analysis tools in SAP Business Objects and user interfaces in Microsoft Access.Develop specifications, diagrams, flow charts and other appropriate documentation for new and existing solutions.Oversee implementation and testing of all applicable solutions.Tier 2 support for small-scale business applications within Purchasing. QualificationsRecipe for Success:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer information systems or equivalent experienceSQL - Advanced skills or experience developing complex Queries and stored procedures in one multiple RDBMS (Primarily SQL Server) platforms required2 years’ experience developing solutions in a report suite such as SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, etc.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access including database design and maintenance, form design, queries, and reporting. Must be highly organized, self-motivated and detail orientedMust have exceptional interpersonal, communication and follow through skillsMust be able to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environmentComfortable collaborating with different work groups including, Purchasing, Accounting, Finance, Operations and Store Employees

Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to constantly lift or carry up to 10 lbs., frequently lift or carry 11-20 lbs., and occasionally lift or carry 21-50 lbs. Must also have the ability to occasionally lift or carry 51-100 lbs. with a team lift.Must have the ability to frequently push or pull up to 15 lbs. and occasionally push or pull 16-100 lbs. Must be able to occasionally use the computer for data entry and use of mouse.Must be able to constantly walk, stand, use fine motor manipulations, grip, bend, twist, turn, and reach outward for the duration of the work shift.Must be able to frequently to reach above chest.Must be able to occasionally sit, squat, kneel, and climb as needed.
Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to frequently work with sharp tools and equipment, dust, fumes, and congested worksite. Must be able to occasionally work with noise, cold, heat, wet, humid, outside, heights, and contact stress.
