Your Oppourtunity: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to join our team at ComplyRight, a division of Taylor Corporation. This full-time role will be responsible for managing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Your Responsibilities

Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy of order detailsMaintain and update inventory recordsCommunicate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedulesMonitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortagesAssist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliersResolve any issues related to orders, such as delays or discrepanciesPrepare and maintain purchasing reportsCollaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoicesSupport the procurement team with administrative tasks as needed

Your Shift:

You Must Have:

Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to work independently and as part of a team

We Would Also Prefer:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferredPrevious experience in a purchasing or procurement role
