Building solutions for a better life. The Bosch Building Technologies division is a leading international provider of systems, solutions and services that increase the safety of people, buildings and property and also contribute to greater comfort, energy efficiency and sustainability.

Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As Purchasing Controller, you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.You analyze purchasing data, generating insightful Purchasing Management reports on performance and competitiveness.You identify aspects that have an impact on target achievement and propose appropriate measures in case of deviation.You track and support Cost Center planning for Budget and Headcount in the global Purchasing organization.You plan required periods and schedules for efficient task processing.You prepare, support, or develop standard and ad-hoc reports using up-to-date IT Tools (e.g., Power-BI).Furthermore, you contribute to introducing new controlling tools in Purchasing along with related functions.You perform Detective controls in Purchasing and Procurement, ensuring compliance with laws and internal regulations. You define and track measures until closure in case of findings.Lastly, you actively support Process Excellence in Purchasing.

QualificationsEducation: completed university studies in business administration or a comparable qualificationExperience and Knowledge: many years of professional experience in the field of purchasing controlling or controlling with insights into purchasing and purchasing processes. You have a very good command of relevant tools such as SAP, Excel, Power BI or similarPersonality and Working Practice: You are self-motivated, self-organized, able to work under time pressure and willing to contribute by suggesting improvements. You are also familiar with working in an international environmentLanguages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English
