Purchasing Coordinator, New Service Part Introduction

We are looking for a purchasing coordinator, new service part introduction to work in a very active environment constantly full of stimulating challenges. This position will allow you to master the complete supply chain and strengthen your influencing skills in the commissioning of vehicle parts. Being in a very competitive market, your expertise, your dynamism and your creativity will be greatly solicited.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
 

Put in place and configure new parts and kits for parts and accessories department in collaboration with the NPI departments, engineering, production and other departments

Track service parts and ensure they are available to our dealer network at the right time

Determine the supply strategy for the first production order by assessing the level of criticality of the part and adopting a global supply plan

Analyze, justify and communicate the different opportunities and risks that the organization will face in networking service parts 

Participate and/or present the delivery statuses of projects under your governance

Define sourcing strategies for next generation parts

 Analyze and define prices for first orders and execute them when necessary

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and play the role of change agent with the team and our various partners

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 
 

Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other related discipline.

5 years of experience relevant in the field of procurement, as well as project management.

Bilingualism essential, knowledge of Spanish is an asset.

Demonstrate leadership, teamwork oriented and be an excellent communicator.

Be dynamic, versatile, autonomous, rigorous and structured.

Very good capacity for analysis, influence and mobilization.

Knowledge of SAP integrated software.

Available for occasional travel.
