The Director of Purchasing shall direct the day-to day functions of the Purchasing and Central Supply department, assuring the highest degree of quality is maintained at all times. The director of purchasing will make the necessary purchases and ordering of all necessary supplies, materials, and equipment needed to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.
