This role is pivotal in fostering supplier partnerships, optimizing processes, and aligning purchasing strategies with long-term organizational goals—all within a culture of integrity and stewardship.
Who you are:
An experienced procurement leader with 5+ years in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing or food production. A strong people leader who mentors and supports team members, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to achieve success and fostering a culture of growth and development. A strategic thinker who excels in process improvement and thrives in fast-paced environments. A collaborative communicator skilled in cross-functional teamwork and decision-making. Proficient with tools like SAP, Excel, and Business Intelligence systems and eager to leverage data to optimize performance.What you'll do:
Develop and manage KPIs for the procurement team, fostering talent through tailored development plans. Lead supplier relationship management, driving innovation and accountability via scorecards and insights. Optimize ERP systems, negotiate contracts, and refine procurement processes for maximum efficiency.
