Job Summary:

Supervise and assist with the procurement, receipt, and distribution of raw materials, equipment, packaging, and supplies. Place orders, coordinate bulk deliveries, and manage vendor relationships. Develop procurement plans and schedules in line with company policies. Process requisitions and purchase orders, maintaining up-to-date vendor/product files. Monitor open orders and expedite as needed; address invoice pricing discrepancies. Lead sourcing activities, ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and negotiate contracts for optimal value. Collaborate with internal teams and the central procurement team on strategic sourcing initiatives.

Requirements:

5+ years of procurement experience.- both domestic and international. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Dropbox, Adobe, Salespad a plus. Self-motivated, intuitive, and a skilled listener.
