Job Description

As a Contract Execution and Price Management team leader, you will lead a team of specialists in managing price management operations and ensuring the accurate implementation of contract terms within P&G’s master data and ERP systems.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to achieve operational excellence, with a focus on meeting KPIs and identifying value creation opportunities.

You will actively seek ways to enhance governance processes and utilize analytics to identify further value creation opportunities and process improvements.

Collaboration will be essential as you engage with various functions across the organization, including Purchasing, Planning, Accounts Payable, Finance, and suppliers, to drive successful outcomes.

Job Qualifications

Strong knowledge of procurement principles, theories and processes, tools and applications.

Good understanding of fundamental contracting principles, commercial terms.

Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)

Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills

Data & analytics and digital fluency

Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines

Strong organizational and time management skills

Continuous improvement mindset and methodology

Strong leadership, coordination, and a very good knowledge of the process ensuring adherence to processes and structures, stewardship and compliance

Excellence in building relationships with suppliers, business partners/functions and users.
