Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

As a Purchasing Operational, you will have the exciting change within Bosch Home Comfort to manage the following topics:

Manage ordering workflows and maintain accurate material master data in MDG-M;Handle price agreements using PILUM APN and update IT systems to ensure smooth operations;Assist with standard market inquiries, organize sourcing meetings, and foster supplier relationships through standardized queries;Management of loan contracts;Support for internal controls;Management of regular standardized queries to suppliers (e.g. turnover share; sourcing meeting organization).

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

Education: Academic background in Management or Administrative Management.

Experience and Knowledge:

Proficiency in IT systems, particularly SAP.Advanced skills in data processing in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.Proven ability to identify and support implementation of process improvements.

Languages: Fluent in English.

Working Style and Methods: Motivated, resilient, flexible, with a collaborative mindset.

Personality: Proactive, adaptable, passionate about cross-cultural collaboration and eager to work in a dynamic international environment.
