ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an Purchasing Operations Manager - ERP to optimize the Procure to Pay process within our ERP system, with a focus on Oracle Cloud. This role will ensure cost efficiency, service delivery, and continuous improvement in procurement operations.
Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud purchasing modules, ensuring seamless integration of the Procure to Pay process.Develop and improve policies and processes to ensure accurate, timely purchasing requests and end-to-end procurement operations within the ERP system.Resolve complex procurement issues and collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams for effective solutions.Monitor and report on SLA performance, using ERP tools to drive operational efficiency and improvements in the Procure to Pay cycle.Track and manage KPIs for procurement, identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions based on ERP insights.Ensure procurement processes are cost-effective, compliant with regulations, and propose internal controls as needed.Leverage ERP reporting tools to gain insights, resolve issues, and enhance overall procurement efficiency.Develop and deliver comprehensive purchasing training programs and QRG's for users on system functionality while providing ongoing support for quarterly updatesRequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:
Accountant preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.Education:
