SUMMARY\n

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager of the Lake City, FL facility the primary focus of the Purchasing Report Analyst is to compile information and records to prepare purchase orders for procurement of material by performing the following duties.\n

RESPONIBILITIES\n\nVerifies nomenclature and specifications of purchase \nProcesses Requests for Quotations (RFQs) by assisting with their preparation, sending them to suppliers and following up with suppliers for their timely response.\nGathers commodity market prices for reporting \nReview purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company \nWork with suppliers on invoice and payment \nMeet with vendors to review new products and review already placed\nMaintain price changes by working with accounting to keep addendums \nConfirm the packing list matches the PO via 3-point match and is signed by the authorized physical receiver\nConfirm pricing is correct\nResearch and give purchasing manager new pricing if needed (they will not be able to enter updated pricing)\nSubmit pricing changes to Corp\nReceive documents for error corrections (Purchasing Manager or assistant will make correction)\n\n

They will then repost the receipt and submit back through the workflow\n\nExcess shipments do not need corrections\nReceive in raw materials only to input into system\nOther duties may be assigned.\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS\n\nS. Diploma or GED\n2-4 years of related experience\nManufactured housing industry experience desired\nPurchasing or Materials experience desired\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)\nMust have strong analytical skills and be capable of interpreting data and information\nMust be able to exercise independent judgment or adopt or modify methods and standards to meet assigned duties\/objectives\nMust have strong interpersonal skills\nMust be able to prioritize tasks and follow through with requests for assistance\nMust have strong attention to detail\nMust live the Champion Operating Principles\n\n
