Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm
This role follows a hybrid work model, starting with four days in the office and one day working from home, with the potential to move to three days in the office and two days at home based on performance.
An element of this job requires being on the floor physically checking inventory about 10% of the time. You will be working alongside four other buyers in a newly renovated, beautiful office with writing walls, collaboration tables, a low cubical setting, and an outside patio. The office has an open landscape design, monthly birthday breakfasts, and dedicated areas for team collaboration and communication.
Job DescriptionThis person is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock. This role involves analyzing historical data, processing purchase orders, and collaborating with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of products. Experience with Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze historical sales data to determine appropriate order quantities.Process new purchase orders and amend existing orders as needed.Assist with inventory control management, including implementing process improvements.Track purchase orders and address any delivery or stock issues.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth replenishment operations.Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and accuracy.Provide support in vendor meetings and product selection processes.Utilize Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 for inventory management and order processing.Cover for other Buyers and department members.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.84/hr.
