Provide prompt, dependable, high quality service to both internal and external customers. Perform service, repair, and customization work on PWCs (Personal Watercraft) and Jetboats. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues. Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible. Maintain productivity and efficiency in completing assigned tasks. Assist customers and provide recommendations on maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for their PWCs and Jetboats. Keep work areas clean and organized. Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines. Maintain technical qualifications by completing necessary training programs.
