ADVANCED PACKAGE DEVELOPMENT_ APTD PWF BUMPING MANAGER

Location: Taichung city, Taiwan 

Job Description: 

As a PWF Bumping Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing PWF processes at Photo, Electroplating, and Wet Clean/Etch workstations. It also needs accountable for tools and systems to achieve quality goal of HBM products. Therefore, you need to improve yield continuously, resolving process/product deviations in short turnaround time, and handling changes (including new process/equipment qualification and new product integration). Furthermore, you are also accountable to support production, identify operational opportunities (Quality, Efficiency, Cycle time, Delivery / Cost improvement) and lead/participate in projects to realize the potential opportunities through innovative solutions. 

Specific Responsibilities: 

Lead technical experts to develop PWF Bumping process performance in HBM technology.   

Coordinate cross-functional projects to deliver results matching business schedule.  

Resolve complex issues with strategy.  

Coach team members to generate internal and external documentation for presentations and technical reports.   

Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

Demonstrated leadership in team management. 

Excellent soft skills in cross-functional collaboration 

Good project management matching business schedule 

Capable to define strategy to resolver problems in technology development.    

Process and material expertise at Photo/Electroplating/Wet clean workstations.    

Must be flexible in accommodating changing priorities and working hours to support business needs.  

Education and Job experience 

MS with an engineering major. 5 year or above experience in relative process development. 

Fluent communication in both English and Chinese
