This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong leadership, as you will work with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions, mentor junior developers, and ensure alignment with our cloud-native, microservices-based vision. Department Overview: Within the fast-paced Solution Engineering department, you will play a pivotal role in bridging product requirements and technical execution. Collaborating closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and DevOps teams, you will help steer the evolution of our technical landscape while upholding high standards for performance, security, and maintainability. Key Responsibilities: * Architect, design, and implement end-to-end solutions that meet business needs using Python and C# in a microservices and API-driven environment * Collaborate with solution architects and product owners to define technical requirements and develop innovative approaches that align with our long-term annuity product vision * Lead development efforts on scalable web applications hosted on Azure, employing Docker (and Kubernetes, when applicable) for container orchestration * Oversee code quality, performance tuning, and system security through best practices, thorough code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment strategies * Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to streamline development and deployment processes * Troubleshoot complex issues and work with DevOps teams to implement proactive monitoring and alerting solutions
