Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Python Developer to join one of our retail clients. They will develop scripts to resolve end-user issues proactively and gather data from endpoint management platforms (Azure). They will be responsible for integrating python into the environment, enhancing automation processes, and interacting with users to improve their experience. This role involves owning various application screens and ensuring seamless data integration from API sources into Power BI dashboards. * Develop and integrate Python scripts to enhance automation within the environment. * Own and manage all application screens, ensuring they meet user requirements. * Collaborate with the Service Development Manager * Lead projects aimed at improving user experience, guided by NPS scores. * Drive initiatives using Power BI dashboards to track and report progress. * Provide expertise to overcome challenges and deliver value to the organization. * Work closely with users to understand their demands and translate them into actionable tasks. * Ensure efficient data extraction from API sources and integration into Power BI.
