Description We are searching for a diligent QA to join our team in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. In this role, you will be tasked with developing quality assurance procedures, creating effective testing protocols, and addressing quality-related complaints. As a QA, you will also be expected to identify and implement training needs across the company and collaborate with internal teams to examine system requirements. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Developing and adhering to quality assurance principles within the company • Creating and implementing effective testing procedures for company products • Identifying, documenting, and resolving quality complaints and issues • Identifying and executing training needs across the company • Collaborating with internal teams to analyze system requirements • Planning and overseeing testing of company products to ensure adherence to quality standards • Providing support to the QA team on procedures and training • Developing and editing design and production procedures • Documenting QA tasks through audits or reports. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA). • Proficiency in Azure DevOps is mandatory. • Must have substantial experience working with Azure SQL Database. • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure is essential. • Required to have a solid background in Angular. • Should possess strong skills in C Sharp Programming (C#).
