This position is responsible for developing and executing formal test plans/test scripts to ensure the delivery of quality software applications or data repository releases. Involved in test planning, writing test cases, developing test scripts, test case automation and test execution. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status. Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation or data repository requirements and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business. Documents all problems and assists in their resolution. Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners. Performs quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
1) Bachelor's Degree Or 3 years of systems development, testing and/or business experience. 
2) 3 years of systems development, testing and/or business experience; 
3) Ability to work independently and experience solving complex problems; 
4) Experience using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. 
5) Experience with HP Test Tools (Quality Center/ALM, Quick Test Professional, Unified Functional Test, Performance Center) 

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
1) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; 
2) 5 years of testing experience to exposure to test coordination 
3) Detailed knowledge of test processes and standards in the healthcare industry 
4) High level of verbal and written communication skills; 
5) Ability to effectively partner with various levels of the organization to achieve outcomes; 
6) Experience working within a LARGE enterprise environment highly preferred.
