Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will perform various micro testing on finished products, raw materials, and components. You will conduct environmental monitoring in areas of varying aseptic classification, perform data entry, and prepare various reports. Your role will also include validation testing, annual testing, and completing special projects as required or requested. You will be responsible for maintaining and ordering supplies in assigned areas, sampling raw materials, and performing daily WFI testing. Additionally, you will ensure laboratory maintenance, monitor temperature charts, and assist with special projects. Promoting a safe and harmonious work environment and maintaining compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and company policies are also crucial aspects of this role.
ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of micro testing on finished products, raw materials, and components.Conduct environmental monitoring in areas of varying aseptic classification.Perform data entry and prepare various reports.Conduct validation testing and annual testing.Complete special projects as required or requested.Maintain and order supplies in assigned areas.Sample raw materials.Perform daily WFI testing.Ensure laboratory maintenance.Monitor temperature charts.Assist with special projects as required or requested.Promote a safe and harmonious work environment.Maintain compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and all company policies.Other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in science or related field.1-3 years of lab experience.QC/QA or Microbiology experience preferred.Knowledge of contemporary laboratory practices and procedures.Knowledge and skill in operating various specialized equipment, such as laboratory balances and various instrumentation.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance.Work Environment
This role operates on a shift schedule from Sunday night to Wednesday night, with 4x10-hour shifts from 9 pm to 7:30 am. The work environment is centered around providing the finest quality human antibiotics to markets across the globe, renowned internationally for quality standards and product efficacy. The role involves working with specialized laboratory equipment and maintaining high standards of laboratory practices.
