Qualifications:
Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to design and develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts/Use Cases for testing new applications and system enhancements
Ability to write and execute comprehensive test plans and test scripts for system, regression, integration, stress, and parallel testing
Ability to problem solve and perform root cause analysis; participate in root cause analysis sessions
Participate with developing test designs, writing test plans, developing and maintaining testing scripts, and reporting errors to the product development organization
Takes initiative to obtain process and system knowledge to apply to current and future assignments
Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills, Good written skills, Can clearly articulate an idea, Good collaboration in a team environment
Knowledge or Experience with 401(k) products
Knowledge or Experience with OmniPlus or other 401k platforms
Education: BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science
Experience: typically candidates will possess 2-4 years of relevant experience
