QA Analyst

Founded in 2008, Locumsmart provides web-based software-as-a-service solutions to the healthcare recruitment industry. The Locumsmart web-portal provides workflow automation, vendor management (VMS), and managed services provider (MSP) software for lowering costs, and increasing the efficiency of recruitment. Our clients include some of the largest hospital systems and staffing firms in the country. 

LocumsMart is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and professional Quality Assurance Analyst to join our development team. The Development team’s goal is to design, develop and implement robust web-based application tools to help streamline the Locum Tenens recruiting process. As a QA Analyst on the Development team, you will assist in the development and execution of functional, exploratory and regression testing throughout the SDLC to help ensure the best possible product quality. This role will report to the Development QA Manager

Responsibilities:

Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases

Design, develop and execute manual test cases

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Identify, record, document thoroughly and track defects

Qualifications:

Proven work experience in software quality assurance

Web based application testing experience

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Education & Years of Experience

1-3 years Software Quality Assurance

Preferred Skills:

Experience using TestRail, Jira and SQL

Experience with performance and/or security testing

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $46,200-- $140,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location. 

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
