Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst. Manual Testing & Test Case Execution: * Design, document, and execute test cases for functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing * Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools * Perform end-to-end testing to validate software functionality against business requirements Collaboration & Process Improvement: * Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage * Provide feedback on user experience and software usability * Suggest process improvements to enhance software quality and efficiency Test Planning & Documentation: * Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution reports * Ensure test documentation is up to date and aligns with industry best practices * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
