Olsten Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced QA Associate for one of our clients located in the Dillon, SC area. Please click Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below: **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct routine inspections and quality checks of eggs, chicks, and processing areas to ensure compliance with quality standards - Monitor hatchery processes and document findings, reporting any deviations or concerns to the QA Manager - Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols, including food safety, animal welfare, and biosecurity procedures - Maintain accurate records of quality checks, inspections, and corrective actions taken - Train hatchery staff on quality and safety protocols as needed - Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with audits as required **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in quality assurance, preferably within a food production or hatchery environment - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to food safety, biosecurity, and quality control (HACCP, USDA, etc.) - Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environment - Effective communication and teamwork skills Olsten provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers.
