What You Will Be Doing:

As a QA Audit Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Planning and Hosting Client Audits:

Spearhead the planning and execution of client audits, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.Act as the main point of contact during client audits, addressing inquiries, and facilitating a collaborative audit experience.

Internal and External Audits:

Conduct thorough internal audits to identify and address QA gaps and areas for improvement.Perform vendor/supplier audits to ensure external partners meet our quality standards.Conduct regulatory gap assessments to proactively address compliance issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement QA best practices throughout the organization.Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations related to QA and validation.Who We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in a related field.4 years of experience in QA, with a significant emphasis on client audit planning and hosting.Certification in QA or related field is a plus.Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.Proficiency in relevant tools and software for audit management.DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Proven expertise in planning and hosting client audits with a strong focus on QA processes.In-depth knowledge of technology-related topics, including IT and Computer System Validation (CSV).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address QA gaps and compliance issues.Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in audit processes.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Familiarity with relevant regulations and quality standards.Demonstrated experience in successfully hosting client audits.Experience in conducting internal audits, vendor/supplier audits, and regulatory gap assessments.Familiarity with industry best practices and evolving trends in QA.Advanced certifications in QA, Audit, or related fields.Previous experience in implementing QA best practices across an organization.Where Your Career Is Going:
