We are currently looking for a QA Automation Engineer, to join our dynamic team and to be part of an important international client project.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough testing of products to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements.

· Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts using Selenium and Core Java.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.

· Identify document and track defects and issues ensuring timely resolution.

· Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.

· Utilize TPH to manage and execute test processes efficiently.

· Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.

· Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers to enhance product quality.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the Cards & Payments domain.

· Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

· Mentor and guide junior team members sharing knowledge and best practices.

Necessary skills and experience required:

· More than 4 years of experience in the role.

· Possess strong technical skills in Selenium and Core Java.

· Advanced English

· Demonstrate proficiency in using TPH for test management.

· Display effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.

· Hold a relevant certification in software testing or quality assurance.

· Be adaptable and open to learning new tools and technologies

· Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.

· Show a track record of successfully delivering high-quality products.

· Demonstrate the ability to mentor and support junior team members.
