System One is seeking a QA Document Review Engineer for a contract to hire, full time opportunity, onsite in Turtle Creek, PA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance and document control, particularly with experience in ASME standards and NQA-1 (Nuclear Quality Assurance). This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all documentation meets the required quality standards and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and quality manuals to ensure compliance with ASME and NQA-1 standards.
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and other stakeholders to ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and align with project requirements.
Identify discrepancies or non-conformances in documentation, facilitating resolution with the necessary teams to maintain quality standards.
Maintain a centralized document control system that tracks the status of all reviewed documents, ensuring accessibility and availability for audits and inspections.
Participate in the auditing process by preparing documentation for quality audits and providing support during audits.
Conduct root cause analysis for any documentation-related issues and recommend process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Provide training and support to internal teams on document review procedures and quality best practices.
