Working as team member, ddesign and implement software for next generation Smart Devices. The ideal candidate should have a passion for new technologies and innovations with high energy, a positive attitude and self-motivation. This position works in a team-oriented environment to deliver innovative applications for Android or Google TV based Smart TVs or streaming boxes.
Responsibilities:
1. As team member, design and develop Smart TV/streaming box's software applications;
2. Responsible for high quality, bug-free development in close collaboration and interaction with other members of the development team;
3. Design high-quality software module and perform development tasks;
4. Conduct code review regularly to ensure code quality;
5. May need to travel to partner site for collaboration;
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years software designing, developing and testing experience using Java/ C/C++;
2. 1.5+ years Android platform/OS/SDK/ADB experience;
3. Good understanding of Android/Linux software system structure;
4. NDK/JNI development skills desired;
5. Capable of system tuning, code optimization and bug solving;
6. OOP experience and design pattern knowledge;
6. Familiar with source control principles and systems;
7. Strong problem solving skills in a fast paced environment;
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Education:
Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or equivalent, Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
