qa engineer. + frederick , maryland (remote) + posted october 23, 2024 **job details** summary + $50 - $60 per hour + temp to perm + bachelor degree + category computer and mathematical occupations + reference1069955 job details job summary: Randstad Federal is seeking a QA Engineer in support of a program at IRS location: Frederick, Maryland job type: Contract salary: $50 - 60 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: + Conduct testing initiatives and coordinate QA testing activities for sprint deliveries across + Participate in sprint grooming, test planning, product reviews and other ad hoc meetings to ensure quality releases for automated workflows + Responsible for converting requirements into test design, test cases and test execution for the products new features + Create and execute test plans and provide feedback on the overall quality of the workflow + Perform manual and automated test execution for new product features with complete test coverage + Work collaboratively with the SCRUM team to ensure adequate resourcing across projects to meet deliverables and timelines. + Work with the automation team to prioritize new test creation for sites and applications and provide metrics on test coverage and progress + Continuously improve the quality verification process and own and update the QA best practices and standards.
