Job Title: QA Engineer Summary:按照质量管理体系要求和迈图内部质量控制流程, 有序开展质量相关活动：质量设计、质量保证、质量控制、质量改进等，确保产品符合质量标准和法规要求，并持续改进提高产品质量。 Implement all quality activities including Quality Design, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Improvement, etc. according to Quality Management System and Momentive Quality System and Process. Ensure that the products comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and continuously keep improvement. Responsibilities Include: 1) 熟练掌握公司产品质量相关知识，在产品质量保证等方面具备丰富的经验，制定产品质量保证程序，并应用到实际产品生产活动中，持续改进提高产品质量。 2) 具备丰富的质量管理体系运行方面的知识和经验，有效运行ISO9001, IATF16949等质量管理体系，负责处理公司中国国内客户对中国以外地区工厂的体系外审活动，验证所有的发现项按时关闭，确保通过质量体系的外审。 3) 负责处理公司中国客户对中国以外地区工厂的产品和流程审核等，验证所有的发现项目按时关闭，确保通过客户的审核。 4) 负责处理公司中国客户对中国以外地区工厂的所有产品质量投诉，运用质量调查工具，与国外工厂一起找出根本原因，制定有效纠正与预防措施，验证措施有效性， 防止质量事故再次发生。并及时将8D报告提交给客户。 5) 制定公司中国以外地区工厂在中国购买的原材料管理流程和供应商质量审核计划，有效监控原材料的质量，确保合格原材料有效供应，无由于原材料质量问题引起产品不合格现象。负责处理中国以外地区工厂反馈的从中国购买的原料质量问题，要求供应商调查原因并给出有效纠正预防预防措施。 6) 负责管理和维护质量相关的文件和记录，包括质量标准、质量事故调查报告等，确保文件的准确性和完整性。 7) 将公司全球质量等职能部门对于质量管理的程序转化为工厂的质量运行规定，并监督其在工厂的有效运行。 8) 与工厂相关职能部门、公司全球质量等职能部门，公司全球工厂紧密配合，积极推进和协调相关工作并提供支持，确保相关工作按期完成。在工厂和全球积极分享最佳实践，及提供相关建议解决工厂和全球遇到的问题。 1) Proficient in all products quality related knowledge. Has rich experience in process quality assurance, develop the corresponding quality assurance process standard, and apply to the actual product production activities to continuously improve product quality. 2) Has rich knowledge and experience in quality management system operation. Responsible for operating ISO9001, IATF16949 and other quality management systems in the plant effectively. Responsible for handling the system audit of the company's Chinese customers to the sites outside China, verify all the findings are closed on time, and ensure that the external audit of the quality system is passed. 3) Responsible for handling the product and process audits of company's Chinese customers to the sites outside China. Verify all the findings are closed on time and ensure that the external audits of product and process are passed. 4) Responsible for handling all product quality complaints of the company's Chinese customers to the plants outside China, using quality investigation tools to find out the root cause together with the plants outside China, develop effective corrective and preventive actions, verify the effectiveness, and prevent the recurrence of quality claims. And timely submit 8D report to customers. 5) Develop the management process of domestic raw materials purchased by the company's sites outside China and the supplier quality audit plan, effectively monitor the quality of raw materials, ensure the effective supply of qualified raw materials, and no unqualified products caused by raw material quality problems. Responsible for handling the quality issues of domestic raw materials purchased by the sites outside China, requiring suppliers to investigate the root cause and provide effective corrective and preventive measures. 6) Responsible for the management and maintenance of quality documents and records, including quality standards, product quality claim investigation reports, etc. to ensure the accuracy and integrality of documents. 7) Transfer SOP of global quality management as well as other functional departments into the site quality operation procedure and supervise their effective operation in the plant. 8) Work closely with other functional departments of the site, global quality and other cross-functionals, and other plants across global to actively promote and coordinate related work and provide support to ensure that relevant work is completed on schedule. Actively share best practices in the plants and globally and provide relevant support to solve problems in the plants and globally.
