Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to support a healthcare provider's cloud migration initiative. This role will involve testing and validating the migration of data marts from on-premise systems to the Snowflake platform to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality assurance processes for data-centric projects, with a focus on cloud platforms and ETL pipelines. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for validating data migration to Snowflake * Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand migration requirements and identify potential risks or gaps * Perform data integrity, accuracy, and completeness checks post-migration * Test and validate ETL processes, ensuring optimized performance and scalability * Monitor and report defects, track resolution progress, and ensure thorough re-testing * Create and maintain detailed documentation of test processes and results * Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards throughout the migration process
