About This Opportunity InComm Healthcare is looking for an experienced QA Engineer - ideally a candidate with both manual and automation testing experience. This is a growing dev team working on exciting Microsoft stack applications in C#/.Net Core, Angular, entity framework for database fetching, SQL server. Benefits of joining our team Opportunity to solve interesting and challenging problems within a growing industry Collaborative and supportive Agile environment Continuous delivery culture and weekly production releases Community of strong software professionals Opportunities for career growth Responsibilities Perform manual, risk-based, exploratory testing as part of an agile development team Utilize a shift left mindset to prevent issues during design and coding Own the testing strategy for the team’s projects Escalate quality concerns and help the team own their resolution Collaborate across teams in an effective and efficient manner Document and share knowledge Advocate for Agile best practices Train and mentor QA and Dev team on testing best practices Suggest and implement process improvements Qualifications 3+ years of experience testing web-based applications Experience being part of a high performing Agile team Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience a plus 3+ years of experience with QA and/or application development 3+ years of experience with black box and white box testing Strong preference to candidates with: Trained in Rapid Software Testing methodologies Experience with testing web-based ecommerce products Experience with relational databases (SQL) Basic programming/scripting ability; working knowledge of C# and JavaScript Experience with Selenium/Cypress. Experience with Postman – API testing Working knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 Knowledge of heath care domain. Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux commands.
