Job Summary:

Seeking a motivated and experienced TestOps engineer to join the Quality Center of Excellence team. In this role, you will be a critical part of the team responsible for building infrastructure as Code using Terraforms and Ansible and manage a highly optimized and reliable test infrastructure. 

What You Will Do:

Reduce testing cycles by increasing our automation efficiency and optimizing our use of hybrid environments Work closely with QA Engineers to understand automated testing, performance testing and security testing operational requirements and implement reliable solutions. Build the terraform and ansible scripts to bring the infrastructure which includes Kubernetes, Virtual Machines, databases, storage in various cloud platforms Collaborate closely with the cross functional development teams and create well written documentation for transparency and visibility.  Continuously research and review industry trends, new tools and frameworks that will accelerate advancements towards our goals. Establish, advise and adhere to best practice while working across multiple projects and priorities.

What You Will Need:

Basics:

Scripting/Automation skills (things like Powershell, Python, Ansible, Terraform)Knowledge of CI/CD tools (eg Jenkins/GitLab Pipelines etc)Experience in deploying applications in different OS(windows/Linux) Good in Linux commands and windows commands Experience managing hybrid environments and various cloud platforms including OCI, AWS, Azure and GCP Experience in container technologies like Kubernetes, Docker  Experience in managing continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab etc Knowledge of Jenkins is added advantage. 

 

Preferred:

Scripting knowledge like bash,  Powershell,  would be good to have Understanding or knowledge on the below: Virtualization. Eg: VirtualBox Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.) Versioning (Git, SVN, etc.)  Team-oriented with an open-communication mentality Forward-thinking and outside-of-the-box mindset
