Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Performs routine inspections to make sure incoming materials meet quality standards and production needs.
Performs all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducts visual and measurement tests, rejects nonconforming materials.Enters inspection data into LIMS system and performs material release in the ERP database.Maintains safety and compliance with HSE requirements.Performs any additional job-related duties as requested.Education, Skills, & Experience:
High School Diploma/GED with 1+ year of Quality Assurance/Quality Inspector experience.Experience with measuring devices such as gauges, calipers, meters, and other measuring instruments.Theoretical knowledge of relevant inspection techniques and GMP principles.Basic math and computer skills with keen attention to detail.Knowledge of software tools for data entry and analysis.#biojobs
