Job Title: QA Lab TechnicianJob Description
The QA Lab Technician will spend 70% of their time in the laboratory and 30% on the manufacturing floor to pull samples for testing. The role involves an 8-hour day shift from Monday to Friday and a night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Training will occur during the day shift. Key responsibilities include conducting various tests such as pH, moisture, mold, yeast, basic plating, beverage plating, sugar testing, and package integrity testing. The technician will generate accurate data from testing, perform quality checks on color, counts, customer samples, flavor, appearance, defect analysis, weights, and inspect labels, dates, product codes, descriptions, and UPC codes. The role also involves completing paperwork, recording detailed information, and reporting deviations to the management team. The technician will work closely with line and press operators to ensure adherence to quality protocols and procedures. The role requires attention to detail due to the variety of products, SKUs, and ingredients involved.

Work Environment
Will work predominately in a laboratory environment as well as occasionally on the manufacturing floor. The hours are from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on a 2-2-3 schedule, requiring work every other weekend.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00
