Functions:
Oversee all aspects of Webster EA toner QA laboratory. Work closely with QA staff, Engineering, Shift Leaders, and Process Specialists in a dynamic manufacturing environment (customer driven approach).
Location:
Webster EA Toner Plant
Schedule:
Rotating 4x7 Shift Position.
Execute analytical tests specific to EA toner manufacturing. Including; x-ray spectroscopy (EDXRF), color spectrophotometry, particle size/shape, light microscopy, pH, conductivity, viscosity, moisture, measurements.
Required Skills:
Prior quality lab experience preferable.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong work ethic and team attitude.Understanding of Statistical Process Control “6 Sigma & Lean” principles.Aptitude for solving problems and troubleshooting analytical equipment.
