Summary As the Quality Assurance Lead on the Manufacturing Systems team, you will be responsible for leading a team of QA analysts to ensure the quality and reliability of systems for our manufacturing business. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of quality assurance best practices. Primary Responsibilities + Lead the QA team in designing, implementing, and executing test plans. + Review and provide feedback for business requirements to develop clear acceptance criteria. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve defects and issues. + Develop and maintain quality assurance standards, processes, and best practices. + Mentor and train QA team members to enhance their skills and performance. Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in quality assurance testing. + 2+ years of experience in a QA Lead or similar role. + Expertise in all phases and types of testing including functional, non-functional; smoke, sanity, integration, usability, user acceptance, end-to-end, regression, and performance. + Strong Strategic thinking, capable of aligning QA processes with business goals. + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. + Experience with writing SQL queries and data validation. + QA experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
