WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The QA lead will manage technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Manage a QA team with 3-4 members and coach junior QAs

Supervise QA team to build a robust release framework to ensure good test coverages by performing various types of tests, examples are functional, regression, negative and performance test

Actively work with BA and Dev team to understand new requirements and system functionalities

Build test strategy, test plan, test center and test cases in both manual and automation bases

Be responsible for supporting multi-tasks and delivering high quality test results on time

Always look for improvements

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

5+ year experience as a lead or similar role in capital market of managing a QA team to deliver high-quality work by deadlines

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.

Hands-on back-end API test experience on Linux environment and SQL DB; Capable of using automation test tools and writing test scripts in Shell, Python, or Java

Working experience on tools control-m, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, JIRA, and confluence

Knowledge on fixed-income product and market risks

Nice-to-have: 

Computer science and/or finance background

Prior experience on automation test framework like Robot

Agile project experience

Familiar with software release processes
