We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions. **Your Impact:** + Develop and maintain custom scripts to automate various processes across the organization + Work with Client and teams to understand their process workflows and identify opportunities for automation + Design, implement, and test new automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements + Maintain and improve existing automation solutions, keeping them up-to-date with changes in technology and business processes + Monitor automated processes to ensure they are running smoothly and take corrective action when necessary + Generate reports on the performance of automated processes and make recommendations for improvements + Keep abreast of new developments in automation technology and suggest ways to incorporate them into the organization’s systems + Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to users of automated systems + Write technical documentation for automation solutions + Provide input to the development of IT policies and procedures related to automation + Liaise with vendors of automation software and hardware to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process automation **Your Skills & Experience:** + Openlink Endur experience required + Experience in software development, with a focus on automation + Proficient in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc.) + In-depth knowledge of software development tools and platforms + Significant experience with CI/CD + Solid understanding of object-oriented design and development + Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills **Qualifications** + Any Full Time Graduation **Additional information** **Benefits of Working Here** + Flexible vacation policy; time is not limited, allocated, or accrued + 16 paid holidays throughout the year + Generous parental leave and new parent transition program + Tuition reimbursement + Corporate gift matching program Pay Range: $125,000 - $155,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
