Working as the lead QA engineer in a team delivering features, products and services on our strategic platform you will own and maintain the test design, test development, test automation and test execution. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Delivery Managers and Developers to understand the product roadmap and product specifications to help determine the right test strategy. You'll perform functional, integration and regression testing on both UIs and APIs, and a wide range of supporting technologies, you will have the drive to become the subject matter expert for all aspects of business, functional and non-functional testing in the team. You'll have the ability to evaluate system performance, reproduce issues and work with development team to resolve identified problems. You'll collaborate effectively with peers and management to improve the quality of the platform, and the applications and products delivered through it, and the effectiveness of the testing process and strategy. With an automation first mindset, you'll have familiarity with Unix, Linux, Mainframe, AWS environments, and Automation Frameworks and testing principles.
