QA Manager : Cypress Automation(Remote)

Onsite Location : Columbus, OH

Qualifications

• Develop functional automation scripts with at least 8+ Yrs. of experience in QEA testing and possess Retirement business knowledge
• Must have strong experience in Cypress test automation. Demonstrate expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Have hands-on experience with Jira for defect tracking and test management. Show proficiency in accessibility testing to ensure compliance with standards.
• Exhibit strong skills in manual testing to identify and document defects. Be adept at REST / API Service Testing for validating API functionality.
• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle
• Have experience working in writing SQL queries

Work Authorization

Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 11/22/24

The annual salary for this position is between $ 71,100/- to $ 112,500/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
