Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Insight Globals Flavor Solutions client is seeking an experienced QA Team Manager to join the Springfield, MO Plant.This position provides leadership at the Plant for the development, implementation, and administration of the Quality Control function to ensure product safety, integrity, and conformance with respect to customer, Divisional, Corporate and regulatory requirements. This position will work in collaboration with the Plant and McCormick USIG Divisional leadership to formulate and execute a strategic quality plan for the business. Key responsibilities include: - Maintaining customer quality satisfaction through the implementation and use of programs to control raw materials, in-process materials, production process, environmental conditions and finished products - Leads in a team based high performance work system by teaching and coaching to continuously develop the Quality teams and their processes - Conducts customer/vendor visits and third party audits - Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations issued by OSHA, EPA, FDA, and other federal, state, and local regulatory agencies - Managing department staffing, expense budget, and capital projects We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
