We are looking for an experienced QA Manager in the EMEA region (CET time zone) to join our globally distributed team of AI evangelists to lead and mentor a team of QA engineers. You will help shape the future of CX and assure we deliver high quality products to our users by taking ownership and implement a refined quality assurance process for our GenAI-powered products.

Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and experienced QA Manager with deep interest and familiarity with AI, to join our growing AI Department, to steer the QA efforts for Foundever´s GenAI-powered products that will have a substantial impact on the business and allow our 170000 associates to thrive.

The QA Manager will work closely with Engineering, Design and Product to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products and ensure an ongoing optimization of our QA process and strategy through automation and refined processes. In this role you will have the opportunity to modernize our QA processes and implement industry best practices to support our GenAI initiatives.

Primary Job Responsibilities Full ownership of the quality assurance process to make sure we deliver products that meet high-quality standards. Lead and mentor QA engineers, offering guidance and support and establish best practices. Cross functional collaboration with Product Management and R&D teams to ensure a rigorous process of testing is applied for all our products. Oversee that the quality of product deliverables adher to quality standards. Drive continuous improvement in our testing processes and methodologies to minimize defects and improve resolution times. Introduce automation in our QA processes when applicable. Foster an environment of collaboration and work closely with engineering, products, UX/UI, and other teams to help deliver high-quality products. Identify potential quality risks in the product development process and implement effective mitigation strategies. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA. Proven track record of successfully managing QA processes and introducing QA automation. Leadership experience. Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes (both manual and automated testing). Education Bachelors in Computer Science or EngineeringLanguages Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English (C1 level minimum). French or Spanish language skills are a bonus. Tools and Applications Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Product tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence, Miro). Experience with QA tools and performance testing (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Testrail, Jmeter). Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud (Jenkins, Github Action, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS).
