The Ideal candidate will have: 

Qualifications & Skills

Graduated from relevant engineering / Minimum B.Sc. degree in civil engineering or similar Preferably 10 years of previous experience as a quality control specialist for both civil and mechanical works for metro systems or railways Theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of FIDIC conditions of contract Theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of IFI (especially EBRD, WB and/or ADB) funded projects Advanced command of English language. Previous experience in multinational project or project management teams.
