Scope:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hands-on QA Manager to lead our QA efforts in Bangalore, driving excellence across our TMS products. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Internal and Vendor QA team and implementing a quality-driven culture, ensuring product quality aligns with our timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality products.Our current technical environment:

Lead the QA team to design and execute comprehensive QA strategies and plans throughout the TMS product lifecycle.Oversee test planning, test case creation, and test execution, ensuring thorough product testing and adherence to quality standards.Manage collaboration with development, product, and vendor teams to identify, track, and resolve defects throughout the development process.Drive the adoption of effective QA practices, including automated testing frameworks, Agile methodologies, exploratory testing, and API testing.Ensure the maintenance of automated test scripts and test coverage to improve efficiency and product reliability.Review and analyze test results, identifying root causes and tracking bug resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.Work closely with product and development managers to define acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment on quality objectives for product launches.Monitor industry trends in QA and bring in relevant best practices, tools, and techniques.Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering professional growth, knowledge sharing, and a culture of continuous improvement
