Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS BY LEVEL:
Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentationPerforms inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished productsProvides technical and administrative leadership for personnel performing software development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards, review of program documentation to assure government standards/requirements are adhered to, and for progress in accordance with schedulesMakes recommendations for approval of major system installationsPrepares milestone status reports and deliveries/presentations on the system concept to colleagues, subordinates and end user representativesRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsLeads and directs the work of others and conducts the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or componentPerforms quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality recordsPerforms a variety of complex tasks related to specialized inspection and testing of project output (hardware and software) to ensure that quality standards are metCarries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum company standards and end-user requirementsDirects technical and administrative workers engaged in quality assurance activitiesMaintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent related experienceITIL v4IAT Level II Certification
