Salary: £32,604.00 per annum

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (Flexibility required)

Alloga UK, a leading provider in pharmaceutical logistics, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Officer - GMP to join our Quality Assurance team. As part of Cencora, we are committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in all our operations.

Job Purpose:

The QA Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the business in compliance with GMP regulations, ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently, and meeting the agreed standards of quality, GDP, GMP, and service levels for our company, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Report all accidents and near misses to the Health & Safety Manager immediately.Ensure QA department activities comply with company procedures and client instructions.Document all QA activities appropriately.Provide QA oversight of operational activities to maintain compliance with GDP, GMP, and ISO 9001 standards.Assist the QA Manager in managing QA activities to meet regulatory, client, and internal expectations.Raise, investigate, review, and manage deviations and corrective actions.Support other departments in managing and investigating deviations and corrective actions.Host client audits and manage findings and corrective actions.Support regulatory inspections and perform internal and supplier audits.Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and ensure quality documents are appropriately approved and controlled.Support the site change control process and ensure quality-critical changes are documented and assessed.Record, investigate, and communicate quality incidents, client complaints, and deviations; approve corrective action plans.Complete product quality reviews for Alloga UK and clients, ensuring timely corrective actions.Generate and report quality metrics internally and to clients, attend client review meetings, and communicate on quality matters.Manage direct reports, ensuring their continuous development and training in GDP and GMP.Conduct performance reviews and manage departmental holidays, sickness, and absence.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

Ideally educated to degree levelMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a GMP/GDP environmentThorough knowledge of GMP and GDP regulationsFamiliarity with the pharmaceutical regulatory framework within the UKTrained in all department procedures within 6 months

Production, Clients, Operations, QPs (internal and client), Human Resources, Vendors/Suppliers
