You will join the Quality operation team to develop your knowledge supporting the Quality Operations Team Leader and QOps Team for complaint investigations, GMP deviations, batch release and client communication for quality topics. 
You will have the opportunity to learn the processes leading a Qops dept, you will understand what are the main leverages to manage a client effectively and you will challenge yourself in a multinational environment improving your pharmaceutical and ethical skills.
You will follow a detailed learning path supported by the supervision of talented colleagues.

Responsibilities: 
Professional development project on QA Operations Specialist role in order to support business core activities for BU TU1 and contribute on the physiological job rotation of the Quality Operations group with dedicated focus on:
1. Deviations management
2. Quality cross communications with Clients
3. Complaints management
4. Batch disposition and related release documentation providing (OMCL protocols, batch summary, TOR summary)

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Chemistry/ CTF/ Pharmacy/Biological Sciences or similar fields
Good english knowledge (written and spoken)
Team working skills and good relationship behaviour (preferred)
