Summary:
Follows policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components and/or operations | Follows and/ or develops, assures and maintains the quality of products and processes through standard procedures & systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000 & AS9100 standards), quality audits/ review process, etc. Responsibilities are within the Quality Assurance Methods Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
Major Position ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties:
Supports and documents activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product. Updates systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products.Audits and monitors the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. Reports manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods to process owners and/or leadership.Knowledgeable of industry and governmental quality regulations. High School Diploma/GED 0-3 years' experienceOR Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education &/or Experience
